This is a joke, right?
Ever since I’ve seen turmeric for the first time, I was attracted to the amazing bright yellow that it imparts food. I finally had the guts to put it in bread. The result of just ONE teaspoon of the stuff in almost three pounds of dough is incredible (the photo does not do it justice). Kids love this due to the funky color and the fact that turmeric doesn’t really alter the taste of the bread.
