SSSSSSignature bread

About two years ago we visited the legendary Poilâne bakery in Paris.  The bread is great, obviously, but the name is muuuch greater, and they make sure everyone remembers it by slashing a giant P on every loaf.

I figured, since I’ve been baking bread for more than three years now (probably approaching 500 loaves), maybe I deserve a signature bread as well… Hell, why not, I’ve heard no complaints from my customer friends :-) .
